Preschool offers many educational opportunities for children, and it's been proven to be a valuable experience for those who are able to attend. The Cleveland Metropolitan School District recently announced the addition of more preschool seats in the district, which is excellent news for the families in the area.
PRE4CLE
PRE4CLE is a new program that's available to families in the Cleveland area. Its goal is to provide families with additional high-quality preschool options as well as to improve the services that area available for them. For the 2014-2015 school year, PRE4CLE will be adding 260 additional preschool seats. They will also be making many changes for preschool and educational daycare providers that will allow them to provide families with more educational opportunities for their children. These changes will come in the form of technological support and other types of professional support.
The goal is to continue to increase the number of high-impact, high-quality preschool seats until area preschools and daycare centers are able to accommodate up to 70% of the students in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
