Our mission is to provide high-quality early childhood education, care and youth development programs. We provide affordable care including educational curriculums and enrichment opportunities for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in Western Cuyahoga County and Lorain County since 1978.
We offer a variety of child care programs all day at our 12 conveniently located centers. We also offer before school, wrap-around and after-school programs for children K through 12 years at many schools in Western Cuyahoga/Lorain County, plus at our 10 Horizon Centers.
