How to Apply:

Apply Online: Using your phone or computer, access the Family application at the apply now or by following this link.
Shop When Approved: Once your application is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to shop for your family's needs

Approval Time: Approval can take between one to three weeks after submission.
Delivery Time: Expect two to eight weeks for the delivery of merchandise.
JCPenney Account: Use your existing account if the email matches, or create a new one with the application email.
Wish List Sharing:  Ensure your wish list is set to public for sharing. Troubleshooting tips are available in our guide.
