Our Locations:

Shoreway Center

Horizon's Shoreway Center serves children 18 months to 12 years in a 9,500-square-foot building on 72,000 square feet of land, featuring one toddler classroom, two preschool, and four school-aged children's classrooms, alongside an outdoor classroom. The facility includes a bike/walking trail, three age-specific playgrounds, and a water table area, ensuring a dynamic and enriching environment.

Our Shoreway Center hours of operation are from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Program Highlights

We develop language and literacy, as well as social, emotional and physical skills. Our staff members guide their students with various teaching methods that are based on recommendations from the State of Ohio, including:

Horizon Education Centers focuses on kindergarten readiness and school-age enrichment, and we're a proud partner of Ohio Healthy Programs, ensuring that your children have healthy food options daily.

ABOUT: Ms. Marleny is a certified preschool teacher with more than 12 years of experience in childhood education. She works with age groups ranging from 6 weeks through 12 years old and believes that social-emotional development is the foundation of education for early childhood. Her room is happiest when filled with love and joy!

EDUCATION: CDA in Early Childhood Education

ABOUT: Mrs. Destinee has been working with children for over 4 years. She takes pride in her work and enjoys helping to develop the future of our nation. Her students warm her heart!
