Whether you're looking for child care, preschool programs, before - or after-school programs, or summer camp, Horizon offers these enrichment programs for children 18 months to 12 years of age.
Our programs focus on language and literacy, social, emotional, and physical development.
Horizon Education Centers guide children with state standards, assessments, and individual learning plans, and we focus on kindergarten readiness and school-age enrichment.

EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University
ABOUT Rebecca Wisniewski taught kindergarten for 13 years and then began her career with Horizon. She believes that Horizon Education Center’s heart is in the right place. She enjoys working with the children and the staff at the center and believes that good teamwork is the key to running a successful business, helping the children learn and grow.
EDUCATION: Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Cuyahoga Community College. Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work at Grand Canyon University.
ABOUT: Ms. Sh'lea has been working with children and families since 2019. She loves creating activities for children and communicating with families about their child's development. Her goal is to help families in all aspects.

ABOUT Mrs. Stephanie loves her students. She enjoys molding her preschoolers and getting them ready for kindergarten. Stephanie enjoys the variety and the fact that there is never a dull moment at the Center.
EDUCATION Avon Lake High School, Child Development Associate (CDA) in early childhood development
ABOUT Ms. Beth previously worked in customer service, but after caring for her newborn, she realized her love and passion for teaching children. She started working for Horizon Education Centers in May 2019. Her passion to teach young children in their early years has since continued to grow.
EDUCATION Associate degree in art from Lorain County Community College
ABOUT Ms. Alexis enjoys coming to work and helping the children, watching them grow each and every day. Her passion has always been to care for and help children, and she is thankful that she gets to do that every day at Horizon.
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in psychology from Cleveland State University
ABOUT Ms. Samantha is excited to enrich young minds through a multitude of activities. She uses her education, as well as her experience with her two young children, to guide her classroom. Her goal is to get the children ready for future years in academia and life.
EDUCATION Graduate of Southview High School in Lorain, pursuing her Child Development Associate Certification
ABOUT Ms. Jocelynn has been with Horizon for three years, starting her career as a classroom aide. She has worked her way up the ladder, acquiring her school-age endorsement and becoming a school-age lead teacher at East Lorain.
EDUCATION Bachelor’s of Art Education from Bowling Green State University
ABOUT Ms. Ashley uses art as a way to communicate with the children she teaches. She's an artist herself and has had her works shown at several galleries around Ohio, including a gallery in Toledo.
