Horizon Program at Parma Community School

Partnering with Parma Constellation Schools, Horizon Education Centers' afterschool program earned the highest quality Gold Rating from the State of Ohio's Step Up to Quality Program. This location provides before and after-school programs, preschool, and Summer camp for the Parma Constellation Community Schools and offers bus service for other locations of Parma Community Schools. It offers a safe, enriching learning environment with homework help, hands-on experiments, social skills development, and STEM activities for a well-rounded student experience.

Our Parma Heights Child Care Center hours of operation are from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, year round.

Horizon is proud to employ highly experienced staff and teachers that help create a warm and inviting environment for your children.

Jessica Obregon

Center Director

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Special Education with a focus on mild/moderate needs from the University of Toledo. 

ABOUT: Jessica worked with the Autism population for ten years in school, home, and center-based settings. Jessica then began working in after-school programming in the Cleveland area in April 2021. Jessica enjoys being outside in nature, painting, and playing various instruments in her spare time. Jessica is excited to join the Horizon team to expand her skill set in a school-age setting.

Ron Malaga

EDUCATION High School Diploma

ABOUT Ron has been with Horizon since October 2022. Ron enjoys doing small group activities and playing outside with the kids. Ron has worked in the field for the last fifteen years and was happy to join the Parma team.

Tricia Fox-Goodwin

Lead Teacher

EDUCATION High School Diploma

ABOUT Tricia has worked with children her whole life in a variety of settings. Her favorite part of being a Lead Teacher is spending time with the children. Tricia has been with Horizon for three years. She is excited to continue her journey with the Parma program.
