ABOUT Alicia has 20 years of experience in early childhood education, 14 years as a preschool teacher and six years as the preschool supervisor at the Family Life Child Care Center. She believes early childhood education is the foundation for every child and she enjoys watching children develop and grow both academically and socially/emotionally.
EDUCATION Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education Leadership from Rasmussen University. Graduate student at Grand Canyon University studying Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education.
ABOUT Carmen has been a member of the Horizon team for over 18 years, mostly working with preschool children. She has two children -- both Horizon products! -- aged 20 and 14.

ABOUT Ms. Megan is the lead teacher in the Green and Blue Preschool rooms. She has worked at Horizon since August 2016. Megan loves reading and being outdoors, and she loves seeing children explore and learn through their curiosity.
