Mary Church Terrell School

In addition to providing high-quality education for more than 40 years, Horizon Education Centers also offers care before and after school.

Our school-aged programs at Mary Church Terrell School grant children many opportunities to learn, grow and have fun.

We provide homework assistance and enrichment learning through hands-on experiments, social skills building, and STEM activities.

Horizon staff members develop a blended curriculum that aligns with state standards and individual learning plans while providing regular assessments for enhanced growth and development.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 9:05 a.m. & 4:05 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Site Coordinator, Mary Church Terrell School

EDUCATION Studied Middle Grades Education (Grades 4-9) with a concentration on Science and Language Arts at Ashland University.

ABOUT Mr. Welch has been with Horizon since 2018. He helps run before and after-school programming at Louis Agassiz School. He's a lifelong Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns fan. He loves all things Cleveland.
