Horizon Program at Clara E. Westropp

The afterschool program at Clara E. Westropp offers children a rich learning and fun environment, conveniently accessible from I-71 or I-480. Our staff supports homework and enriches students' experiences with hands-on experiments, social skills development, and STEM activities, fostering both academic and personal growth.

Our Clara E. Westropp center hours of operation are from 2:05 p.m. to 5:05 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Ian Welch

Site Coordinator
EDUCATION: Studied Middle Grades Education (Grades 4-9) with a concentration on Science and Language Arts at Ashland University.
 
ABOUT: Mr. Welch has been with Horizon since 2018. He helps run before and after-school programming at Louis Agassiz School. He's a lifelong Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns fan. He loves all things Cleveland.
