East Rec / Eastern Heights Center

East Recreation Center in Elyria, located conveniently on Prospect Street near Route 20, welcomes children for after-school care. This program supports after-school activities for those students that attend Eastern Heights Middle School. It provides homework help, hands-on experiments, social skills training, and STEM activities, offering a comprehensive and enriching experience.

ABOUT  Hi, my name is Ivy. This is my fifth year as the Southside Pride Site Coordinator. I have my Bachelor's Degree from Bowling Green State University. I love nature, art, ice cream and anime! I am so excited to continue working with Elyria's students and families.

Hello everyone, I teach English and Spanish at Eastern Heights. I have 3 children and 1 dog. I love working with students to help them learn and try new things.
